Who is eligible for a Zipcar business account?
Businesses of all sizes and ages are eligible for an account. Whether you're a sole trader, limited company or larger corporation, all you need to provide is proof of trade. This can be company registration details, invoices, website or social media presence.
How do I get approved for Zipcar for Business?
In order to get approved as a member, you will need to have held your license for at least 1 year, be 23 or older, have no major violations in the past 3 years and no alcohol or drug-related violations in the last 7 years. If you don't meet these criteria it is highly likely your application will be rejected.

Check with your company, and if they do your account manager will send you an invitation to join.
How do I add employees to my Zipcar for Business account?
To add drivers, go to the “invite employees” tab of your account page. Enter the emails of the drivers you’d like to add, include a message, and click “send invite.” Learn more.
